Terms of Service

TOS plain document version
✦ I have the right to decline commissions for any reasons.
✦ When giving me your order, you must provide visual references (i.e, character design, poses, etc.) as instructed in the order form. Even small doodles and moodboards of your ideas are welcome!
✦ For OCs, character(s) that you have provided for the commission should be your own or characters you have permission to use.
✦ Complex designs, backgrounds or anything extra (weapons, companions, etc) will be charged depending on complexity and type.
✦ If you're not sure how much your commission would cost before ordering, feel free to email or message me!
✦ These works, under any and all circumstances WILL NOT be used in AI, Web3, Crypto, or NFT projects in ANY AND ALL CONTEXTS.Payment and Deadline
✦ Payment is made via PayPal or Venmo. Any other method of payment should be discussed directly with me.
✦ The deadline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece or based on the demand of work, but this will be discussed beforehand with the client. In case of delay, the client will be notified.
✦ If an artwork is needed by a certain date, let me know. Deadlines earlier than 7 days may not be accepted or charged a rush fee.
✦ Full payment is required before I start the artwork.
✦ By ordering and paying for the commission, you confirm that you are the owner of the card/account that will be used for payment, and have authorized the purchase. Any dispute regarding unauthorized payments will not be considered.Refund Policy
✦ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
✦ You'll only receive a refund in case I'm unable to complete your commission for whatever reason.
✦ If you're getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I'll transfer the money back to you myself.Copyright/Usage Policy
✦ I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The artist has the right to include the artwork anywhere may it be a portfolio or social media site.
✦ The client may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
✦ The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given.Process
✦ Complete the order form linked below. I'll reach out to you via the contact you've listed. Feel free to be as specific as possible! I'd like to know what you want in detail so I can draw something to suit your idea.
✦ Revisions during the sketching phase are free, as well as minor revisions.
✦ There will be fees for any major revisions during the rendering phase, such as pose alterations, etc. This doesn't apply if it was a misunderstanding on my part.
✦ Commission sketch and WIPs will be sent to the contact info given and will be sent out whenever I need to. I’ll inform you of when I can give you an update, or if there’s delays for it
✦ I'll send a screenshot of the finished art first, then will send the HD art after any balance has been settled.
✦ Final JPG and/or PNG will be given via email or via Google Drive. Tell me which one you'd prefer!
✦ If you want to be on a waitlist for future commissions, you can contact me via email or DMs. I'll contact you once there is an opening for an interest check.
